1. Products & Pricing
* All products are imitation (artificial) jewelry and not made of real gold or any precious metals unless clearly mentioned.
* Prices listed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
* We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders
* Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.
* Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate while placing the order.
* We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect information, product unavailability, or payment issues.
3. Payments
* Payments are accepted via secure payment methods available on website (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).
* We do not store or access your payment details directly.
4. Shipping & Delivery
* Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days.
* Delivery time may vary based on location and courier partners.
* You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
5. Returns & Exchanges
* Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products received.
* You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear photos.
* We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor color/size variations due to lighting or screen differences.
6. Cancellation Policy
* Order can not be cancelled once placed.
* If there's a defect we will provide replacement with similar product or you will get refund if replacement is not availble.
7. Intellectual Property
All product images, design names, content, and branding displayed on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of Changuna Designs.
Strictly no permission is granted to edit, crop, or alter our photos in any form.
Removing or replacing our logo, watermark, or brand identifiers from any of our images is prohibited.
Using our images to promote or sell products from other vendors, especially without authorization, is considered a serious violation.
Misusing our photos to sell counterfeit, low-quality, or lookalike products misleads customers and is subject to legal action under copyright and consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including reporting, blocking, and initiating legal proceedings, against individuals or businesses found misusing our content in any form.
